To enroll in any 2015 benefits, you must complete the entire enrollment process until you see your benefit statement for 2015 enrollment.

To make midyear changes to your current 2014 benefits, download the midyear change form and submit it to your agency payroll or university benefits office..

We are taking this opportunity to let you know we will be asking for your and your covered dependents' social security numbers (SSN) in the near future. This is a requirement of the federal Affordable Care Act (ACA). The numbers will be reported only to the IRS, which already has access to SSNs. The purpose is to allow the IRS to match up provision of health care coverage in PEBB's self-insured plans. PEBB will give you more information on this requirement in the coming months.
